Treatment of burns with fibro blasts

In the regenerative therapy of burns, to date, two types of biological material have shown the greatest efficiency due to their special properties: MSCs and fibroblasts (mature skin cells). Any of these materials can be successfully applied to a designated group of patients.

Fibroblasts act as a regulator and synthesizer of extracellular matrix elements and cell migration. The extracellular matrix is ​​the structures that support the cell’s viability and direct its movement. It is by signals from the extracellular matrix that cells migrate to the affected area.
